Each situation is different, with differing resources, timescales, needs and starting point. The aim of involving SMART insight into your business is to improve your marketing performance and bottom line profitability. This can only be done by creating an open and confidential relationship and discussing the requirements in detail.
On-going dialogue over the long term will enable both parties to develop an understanding of the situation and adapt to ensure mutual success. By “getting under the skin” of the business, albeit with a clear and objective outside view, ideas can be brainstormed, action plans created and strategies put in place to improve performance.
Services are paid for on a fixed retainer basis which covers the use of the SMART-Toolkit and additional project fees for certain projects. Elements of the SMART-Toolkit can be licensed separately.
